The shopping list is in the bag
Note to Self meme template
Leave yourself one practical reminder that reveals an impractical habit. The folded corner and taped top make a tiny instruction feel like the entire management system for your day.
A large square note has a folded lower corner and a short piece of tape across its top. A note-to-self heading sits above the open writing area, inviting a single direct reminder. Use an instruction you could genuinely need, then give it a small personal twist. Remembering that the shopping list is inside the bag can explain why you keep making new lists. The format suits a quiet admission rather than a dramatic announcement. Short wording preserves the recognizable sticky-note feeling and lets the imagined handwriting carry a modest everyday confession.
